As learning leaders, we need to play a key role in ensuring that people are the true competitive advantage. This interactive session will present learning leaders with tools and strategies to use to impact the talent management effectiveness in their organization. How will this session benefit “internal” practitioners? The presentation and discussions will help you take a more strategic role in the business by leading or significantly impacting the businesses approach to talent management. For external practitioners, it will help you assist your clients become more strategic and effective in how they handle talent. Join Meloney Sallie-Dosunmu, the New Jersey ASTD National Advisor for Chapters and an Organizational Effectiveness & Talent leader in a medium sized confectionary manufacturer (Just Born) in exploring a Talent Management case study and facilitating a discussion on learning leaders’ role in defining, measuring and communicating the effectiveness of talent management programs, internally and externally.
